Missing product details on info "i" popup
When I add a line item to a purchase order or quote, the "Select Product" dropdown - the "info" icon doesn't bring up some of the product information. A screenshot on the manual (
https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/quotes/create-quotes.html) indicates that the info popup contains Vendor, Product Category, Qty, and importantly description.
However, my Zoho account only shows Product Category and Unit Price.
Is the omission of the extra data something I'm doing incorrectly?
I can confirm that that product does have a description and linked Vendor.
