Mobile App push alerts repeating when no new message exists
I have been getting hammered with push alerts for 2 tickets today when no new replies have been sent (by the end user)
It started earlier today with one ticket, I got a push alert about every 30 minutes or so.
Now that one has stopped and another one is hitting every 1 to 5 minutes. As I am typing this, I got 2 push alerts within 10 seconds for the same ticket, and no new messages (for any tickets at all) have been received for hours
