Mobile Device - Why No "Send To PDF" and/or Email? Option?

Sure would be great in my application for the user to be able to have PDF/Email as an option (in addition to the physical printer option) that they will rarely have in their 95% mobile world.

I do not see this as an option in iOS or Android, smartphones or tablets.
