I am trying to activate a connection to my Zoho account via my Samsung Galaxy Ace using K9 mail app. I have been able to setup my gmail account without problem but have so far been unable to setup my Zoho account. The standard K9 set up is very easy and I have had both accounts working previously but had to reinstall K9 since when no luck with Zoho.
After entering my email address the only info requested during set up is user name and password but each time I try this I get a message to the effect unable to contact server. The phone enters all other setting so I am guessing that these are incorrect. Can anyone assist with the correct setting please?
