I run a small IT firm and I'm Beta testing Zoho, Google, and MS.  I need to find the right solution to start marketing to my customers, a few are ready to move now.  Zoho wins in most categories, except for mobile device integration (sync).  This is something that all my customers use and it pretty much eliminates Zoho from competition with the big two.  

I wish you guys would learn the US market, you'd find your not in the game without a mobile solution!  You'll just get the small fish that are behind in technology.
