Mobile verification code not being received

Hi team, I am a new customer trying to get Zoho mail configured, but I can't progress past the "add mobile number" step as the verification code is not being delivered to my mobile. I can confirm that I have entered the full phone number correctly and the country code for New Zealand is correct (in the format +6421...241). I can also confirm I'm receiving text messages from others as normal. If you want the full phone number I am happy to provide it in a private conversation.
