There is no option to edit the mobile version of the site in the new UI. I assume it's a new UI because all of the training and help resources show a version of Zoho Sites that no longer exists. There is a tremendous amount of very basic functionality missing from Zoho Sites, and it leads to the creation process being very limiting and frustrating.
