Mobile Web login problem

I am still in the testing phase with Zoho CRM, and am having trouble with one of our user accounts logging into the mobile web site. Using the correct username and password it keeps saying that the the username and password do not match. I can login to the normal website with that account with no problems.

Any ideas?
