Mobile zoho mail and zoho mail app not showing new emails since 5th Jan '17

Hi,

Since 5th January the mobile zoho mail site and the zoho mail android app have stopped showing any new emails arriving.
I have to login from desktop to the main zoho site to see any new mails.

On the desktop site, I also have to go into each email account and wait 10 seconds or so for new emails to be retrieved, they don't automatically arrive as they used to.

Is anyone else having the same issues?

The issue with the mobile site and app is particularly problematic for us.
