Mobilisten introduces flexible widgets that'll suit all your business needs!
A shout-out to all our Mobilisten users,
We've been getting lots of requests from you all asking for an option to move the default chat widget in your mobile apps, hide them, or to customize them based on your business needs and whatsoever. Now we have a single solution for all your requirements! We've not just enhanced our default chat widget, we've also introduced a API that will let you create your own custom launcher.
Before we jump over to test API waters, let's check out the enhancements that our default launchers have got! We've introduced two different modes-
- Static - Stays fixated to the right bottom corner of your app's screen.
- Float - Completely movable and flexible, your customers can move them to whichever location they please while browsing through your app just like the chat heads in various messaging apps.
Not just that, our default launchers are easy to be installed and they're capable of being customised , right from the colour of the base, text, background of the badge count and much more. You can also customise the text style of the badge count.
But if you've had the following requirements in your mind ever since you installed our Mobilisten in your app, you should definitely go for our custom launcher-
Like opening up the chat window for visitors
- Based on demand
- From a desired position
- And from any mobile screen element like- buttons, texts, icons and more
Everyone of you who don't have a dedicated team without enough staffing to take care of the chat requests that come in via mobile app would definitely look up for an option like this. As, when the widget is so prominently visible on the screen, obviously all visitors who look at it will try to initiate a chat and drop in their queries, as live chat is the most convenient way to pose and clarify doubts, even the trivial ones!
So you can use the custom launchers to display the chat window based on demand.
For instance, let's consider the following use cases-
Demand based - You can have a tab that says
Help & Support
and when visitors click on them, you can pop open the chat windows.
Element based - You can display a link saying
Need Help?
and assign our Custom launcher API to it, in the payments page, orders page or purchase page if any, and once visitors click on it you can open up the chat windows. Thus, cutting down the number of incoming chat requests to half or even less!
Position based - More importantly, if you're someone who has invested a lot of your time, effort and money in the UI of your app, and do not want our widget to take up considerable space for itself to sit over, you should go for the Custom launcher as well!
