Hello Zoho CRM Support,

Is it possible for me to make changes to the "Calls" module?

I would like to modify or add a checklist for call results (so they don't have to be typed in every time).

I would also like to rename the module to "Phone Calls" instead of "Calls.

It seems like I am not able to make any changes to that particular module.
