Hi everyone!

So, I'm adapting the leads module to fit our Follow Up workflow (which has a lot of tracking on each customer), and I want to make it as simple as possible for my people. To do that, I want them to be able to change the Lead Status from the emails that I will be sending.

For example, I have the "First Contact" Lead Status. With that Lead Status, I'm sending an email to one of my sales guys using a template. Inside that template I'm telling them that if they tried to contact the lead but didn't succeed, then go and change the Lead Status to "Attempted to Contact", and so on depending on the scenario...

Is there a way for me to just put in the email something like "Click here to change the Lead Status to 'Attempted to Contact'"?.
