Modifying the pick list associated with the

Is is possible to modify the pick list that is tied to a task "related to" look up field. For my use, task would only be associated with a client or an opportunity. Therefore, I would like to edit the existing pick list described above to remove "Cases, campaigns..."

If this is possible, can someone please email me and let me know how to accomplish?
