Module Created or Updated

Module Created or Updated

I'm trying to build a flow based on the Zoho CRM Account Created/Updated trigger.

I need to put a decision in and if the account was created, I make an API call. If the account was updated, i need to make a different API call.

The trouble is, I can't figure out how to tell which action occurred and make a decision based on that. The options for setting up the decisions is a list of fields
