Dear team,

 

We can customize our system through renaming the tabs, customizing modules and fields.

ZOHO CRM merely has 20 modules now, the users can rename the tabs and do other settings to build CRM system based on their own industries.

 

However, some unuseful fields at some modules can't be removed, this brought a lot of customization inconvenience.

 

A better solution is to add spare modules at the base of the existing number, these modules are not displayed by default,we can use them when we have special needs or custom modules are not enough. These modules only have the title field by default, we can create the other fields according to the specific need.

 

Of course, it's better that our ZOHO team could provide a olution to us.
