Moficiations unavailable

I read in the forum a post from a year ago, about modifications to Previews in invoices, SO, PO, etc. and they are not available, is there anyhting being done about it? Also the languages available not include main european languages such as french or spanish? is it in the plans the inclusion of these languages?
Finally the number of error is been increasing in the last week, any reason for that?
