Monitoring Salesman's calendar/calls
We are thinking about Zoho CRM, but I can not locate an answer to this question? If I implement national territory management, I want to have the ability to view all salesmen's calendar to see the calls they are making, when that are, and the outcome. Is there an easy way to do this? We are interested in doing this as a way to monitor performance vs. sales....?
