Monitoring when notes are added, edited and deleted from leads, accounts, and contacts on the main dashboard

Is there a way to display when notes are edited, add or deleted from a segment such as leads? This would great aid in coordination among employees. When I go to the home screen for Zoho CRM I clicked on the "add component" button and then tested this for both accounts and leads but there was no option to display notes made or changed. The notification bell icon in the top right corner of the screen does not display changes/updates as specific as the ones I am talking about. Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated.
