Monthly Average in a Summary Report (exlcude weeks with zero count)

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to get a monthly average on my attendance of unique ids (pco_id) that have checked in.

If you look at May, it says there are 2 weeks in May and our average is 30, but we did not meet one of the weeks, and the 30 is not correct.  How can I work this so that I can tell the formula to not include weeks where the pco_id count is zero
