We need to be able to produce a report that goes by month to show how many leads are converted to accounts.

In Salesforce we used to be able to do this with a formula but this doesn't seem possible in Zoho CRM.

Being able to see the conversion rates for the month is a high priority as this is how we pay our staff.

Can anybody help me with making this sort of report on the Zoho CRM system?
