Is there a way of being able to send a reminder email every month or quarter using an automated process.

I can see we can now set an email up in mail to do this.

What I want to achieve is that once a potential is update to say a contract is live, then depending upon a field which would say monthly or quarterly start a process that sends the same email either monthly or quarterly.
