The obvious lacking feature with ZohoCRM is the ability to make financial projections based on close dates. All that would be required is the ability to group dates. (this is actually a really simple SQL query modification, see 'DATEPART')

 

After reviewing the forums (http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/grouping-by-month-then-quarter-then-year) it appears that this functionality was promised in 2007, then in 2008, then in 2009. Now 2010 is almost over and I do not see this functionality implemented.

 

I very much like what I have seen so far in ZohoCRM and would like to purchase it for our company. But a promised feature 3 years late is unacceptable and appears unresponsive.

 

Please provide an update on this feature.
