More fetures needed for reporting and analytics


There are a few features that would really help drive more business too ZOHO.

1) Improved analytics....I want to be able to track when I call someone or send them and email...so I can generate a report that shows how many calls a user has placed in a day, week, month, etc.  Also, it would be nice to be able to see some analytics related to leads - contacts - accounts - potentials.  So that I can see on a "time line" how long it took from when the lead was entered till it became a "closed won" potential.

2) Better reporting!  Let us creat out own report with the modules we want.  I need a report that will let me see lead graphics, accounts, and potential details all on one page.

3) Broken record in this one...but we need a better tool to search for an fix duplicates.  the current process has too many steps.  I need something that will look through my data based on x.y.z crtiteria and show me the duplicates in one screen and then easily let me merge them.  All in one place!

4) Please give us more options to increase mass emails.  I might need to send 1,000 one day and non the next.

5) Apple Mail and Google Apps Email integration

6) iCal Plugin

7) iPhone App

Thanks...i do belive that ZOHO is a top notch CRM, but there ar just some thing missing.
