I maintain my potentials quite well but it is missing some information that would make my life so much easier but I don't know if it already does it.
When in the Potential View, the only Account Information I can display is Account Name.
I like to print the potential list off and go through the list one by one while driving so what I want to be able to display in this view:
1. Account Phone Number - So I don't have to manually write their phone number next to each one when printed
2. Account Location - So I can sort by location and target specific areas I'm heading towards
