So, I've solved the mandatory last name issue by adding an "x" into that field for all the leads we do not currently have names for.

However, when looking at the Leads listing, I don't seem to have the option of viewing them alphabetized by company name. It only recognizes the Last Name of the person attached to the company name.

Help please.
