Cliq Performance Issues, Chats not Sending or Loading

Hello Support, 

We are experiencing another issue with Cliq where we have the following symptoms. 
  1. Previous chats do not load or error out. 
  2. Chats not sending occasionally. 
  3. Status updates are delayed or do not occur.

                                                On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,
