I love Zoho, currently getting to grips with Zoho One and think it's brilliant but I'm struggling or missing something.
I am a mortgage roker and want to track referrals, purchased leads and leads from referring companies who get paid from the referral.
I have altered vendor to introducer type, and set layout rules so if a referral company is selected it asks for business sector (estate agents, accountant etc) and commision split, percentage or set fee. If purchased lead is selected it just asked for cost of lead, if referral is selected none of the aboce show.
My issue comes with deals/oportunities, I can have one lead (Mr Smith), who wants a mortgage, building and contents insurance, life insurance and income protection - 4 opportunities from one lead.
Also I don't think they need to turn into accounts (I am probably wrong on that) - How to I add more than one opportunity per lead?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
