I think the marketplace should be much more transparent about extensions and apps pricing. Potential customers can only see either "Free" or "Paid" tags on products offered, but it's impossible to know the prices for "Paid" products unless the potential customer begins to install the product. Honestly, I think this strategy is wrong and makes customers angry after browsing across several alternatives. I suggest Zoho to show prices at least when hovering over the product list. Of course specifying if is a fixed price or a subscription price. If currency would be a problem, it could easily be solve with a country/currency selector, but even if prices are always in USD, Zoho Marketplace should let potential customers see the prices as soon as possible. Nobody likes to spend time online looking for hidden prices.
