My forms show empty of data.  I enter the data, when I revisit the form it has disappeared. When I do a print preview, the data shows that it is there and prints.

Can you please help me work out why the data does not show in the forms?  It was showing a coupe of weeks ago. The screen shot shows the inventory form, empty and with data in print preview mode.
