Most effective, automatic way to input various details to fall under one umbrella?

** QUESTION: what is the most effective, automatic way to input all of these details so that they are all tied together? One seamless way to all be under one; show in my calendar, send alerts, be associated with each teacher, the organization, and contact?

** SCENARIO: The organization is XYZ, my contact is Jill. Christine teaches yoga every Tuesday,and Stefanie teaches boot camp every Wednesday for 12 weeks. Plus, a few more events with that one organization/ contact. I invoice the contact, and I pay out the teachers.

I'd like to avoid each of these as  separate events, and within each person. Thanks!!
