Most of outbound emails immediately bounces, please help!!!!

Almost all outbound emails getting bounced immediately with the Relay Access Denied message.
Including my email to your support mailbox address

support@zohomail.com INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 < support@zohomail.com>: Relay access denied
