Mouse Scrolling

With the new UI, the mouse scrolling works intermittently. I saw atleast one other posted on Zoho CRM express the same problem. I am able to replicate the problem on Windows, MacOS, Safari and Chrome. Has anybody else faced the same problem? It seems to be that the UI was rolled out without a thorough end user testing.
