Is it possible to move a ticket from one department to another while still using the original ticket layout?
We have several departments. Each department has a default layout + some customized layouts.
If department A wants to transfer a ticket (that was generated with a customized layout) to department B, department B is receiving the ticket under its default layout and crucial original fields are missing (because these fields do not appear in the default layout of department B).
