move to another computer

hi all,

i've tested zohovo on my pc for some times and now i think i'm ready to start to use it in my organization with four pc, but for doing it i need to move the program on anothe r pc that will be the server for all the other pc.

what do i have to do to move the program with all settings, with all my mails of the last 3 monts and everything else to another pc with a fresh installation?
