Moving a new site to an existing domain

Hi — I've created a new site for my client which has just gained approval ( http://isaca50blog.zohosites.com ).

What I'd like to do is take down the existing site ( isaca50.org) and replace it with the new site above. What's the quickest way to do this? Thanks!
