Moving documents across folders

Until a few weeks ago, it was possible for Managers to move documents between folders (following the process explained here: https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/organize-documents.html#move-folder)

However in the current version this capability seems to be gone. How can I move documents now? It is a rather crucial feature and I would like to be able to use it again.
