Moving Emails to Zoho Business from 1and1.com

Moving Emails to Zoho Business from 1and1.com

Currently I have my IMAP mail hosted on 1and1.com servers. I'd like to open a business account with Zoho, and move 1.3 G of email to Zoho. The domain will remain at 1and1.

Is it possible to move the email directly from 1and1 to Zoho. I am supposed to have all email on my computer, but I noticed that once in a while Thunderbird starts downloading files into the folders that I haven't touch for years. So, I am not sure that I have the entire archive on my computer.
