Moving from desktop calendar to web based Zoho

I am attempting to move from a desktop calendar (Calendarscope) to Zoho.

In Calendarscope there is a field Notes which becomes Description in Zoho.

The Notes field can be quite long. I can have everything organized neatly. For example the name in the first line. The next two lines are for the address. Then goes phones, emails, websites, etc.

When imported to Zoho, Notes becomes Description, and only the 1st lines shows. The rest is lost. Is there a way to preserve all information during import?
