Moving from Members (Contacts field) to Former Members (Custom field)
Hello,
I would like to be able to convert, or more likely move or import people from my Member (Contacts) Field to my Former Members (Custom) field. We use Zoho for our health club and have leads we convert to contacts (members) once they join the club like everyone else uses. However we usually delete people out of Zoho after they cancel their memberships with us. We do have many people who after cancelling come back to us later on, so I would like to be able to keep all their information as it appears in Contacts but in a separate field called Former Members. I can't figure out how to move them, is this even possible?
