Hi, I am a bit disappointed with this.
We have been using Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Flow for a couple of years. While they have their own compatibility issues, we’ve been able to navigate them thanks to Zoho Flow—not the support from Zoho, which has been quite deficient. Most of the agents we have spoken to regarding our automations know little to nothing about how Zoho Flow interacts with their own apps.
Recently, we moved to Zoho One, assuming it would simplify administration and improve integrations. However, after just a few days of working on the integration and seeking support, we encountered several issues:
Before making the switch, I sought support from Zoho to understand the integration process and associated costs. Their advice was:
"We see that you have added a few of your paid apps to your Zoho One trial already. Kindly add all the paid instances of apps to your Zoho One trial first and then upgrade your Zoho One trial to a paid subscription. That way, you can pay only the difference based on what you have already paid for standalone subscriptions."
Unfortunately, this transition has only created more issues instead of improving efficiency. The lack of proper support, unclear migration processes, and integration problems make this experience frustrating.
At this point, to avoid potential disruptions, I can only discourage moving to Zoho One if you are already using any standalone versions of their apps. The migration process is poorly handled, and the support team is not equipped to provide clear guidance, leading to unnecessary downtime and frustration.
