Moving Mailboxes from one pop account to another

Hi, sorry if this already been covered but I couldn't find it. I've been using Zoho mail which is excellent.

I have been using an info@ address as my main email address, I have 2 other accounts myname@ and accounts@. Recently 2 people have told me my info@ account goes into their spam mailbox but when testing myname@ didn't. So I would like to use myname@ as my main account but have the mailboxes from info@.

All my mailboxes with lots of subfolders are in my info@ account, can I easily move them to myname@ account without using the manual export method which would take a long time.
