Moving Member Accounts Info to another location on the Accounts detail record

Moving Member Accounts Info to another location on the Accounts detail record

I have some accounts that are parent accounts. The Member Accounts information is currently at the bottom of the detail record, out of view. How do I move this information further up? I don't see a Member Accounts field in the Customization > Layouts.
