MS Office Integration

Hello,

Are there are any plans for Microsoft Office Integration? Possible features with programs such as Word could be form letters and mail merges direct through Zoho CRM.

Also, I would like to be able to send a tempalte email individually from the lead screen. Currently one can only send an individual email, not from a template; or, use a search for individual leads/contacts using the "mass email" function.

These features would greatly influence switches from Salesforce among other on-demand CRM apps.
