MS Word Documents, zoho Writer has far too many bugs

I would LOVE to cut the cord with Microsoft. I work for a large company (44K employees).

I uploaded one of my more simple reports - word doc with styles, tables of contents/figures/photos; embedded photos. Tables.

Half of my 2.2MB document was dropped without warning.

table listing references to photos (a new type I added instead of "figure") - missing.

Photos with annotations displayed with annotation graphics/text all on the bottom of the photo, not where they belong.

and on and on.

So I'm sad to say that Writer may be OK only for a trivial document.
