msync not working

msync not working

Hi there

I am connected OK to Zoho from my iPhone, but it is not receiving the emails that I can see when I look in my Inbox from my browser.  In other words, nothing is being pushed to my phone.

This also happened on Wed or Thu when, after several hours I received a whole load of emails in one go.

Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do about it?

FYI I reset the application specific password, but that didn't make any difference.
