msync not working with my device

It seams my sync isn't working properly.  This weekend I had to re-enter my password on my BlackBerry 10 device and ever since then it isn't syncing properly.  I'm able to see email through the website: mail.zoho.com, but I'm not receiving them on my device.  Sometimes the emails show up, but they are several hours or days late.  I have numerous emails configured and all of the Zoho ones are having issues.  I can send emails fine, but not receive them.  Has something changed recently causing a problem with eas?
