As a company we have branches in 4 different countries with as many different currencies. Our Sales Teams would like to work with their local currency as much as possible. The Forecast module using only 1 currency is practically usable only by the sales team that works with the base currency.

Any plan to extent the multicurrency to more than 10 currencies and to make it usable in Forecast and Reports?

Also really need this feature. Even as a small business my bank account has three different currency accounts for dealing with customers in different regions. It is not just multinational businesses that need this

Hello Edward,

Thank you for adding your feedback here. We will surely validate and keep you posted here on any future updates.

Hi, Any update on when we can expect the record currency roll out for the reports. Any ETA if this is will be considered rolled out anytime this year?

Hello Zeeba,

For now I have no news to share. As mentioned in the above comment this feature is already in our high priority list. Considering the amount of time required to implementing this feature, it is too early to commit any timeline. Rest assured once the development starts we will keep you updated.

Request your patience and time in this regard!

Is there any other work around found for this? even if its in Analytics or creator, it will work for me. but we need reports in 3 currencies at same time.

Hello,

Currently, in the single column you cannot show multi currencies but you can create individual column for each currency and show that in an individual report using Analytics. If you have any further clarification regarding analytics you can post it in the below analytics sub forum for us to track the requests and feedback related to analytics.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further clarification.

Hi,

WE have overcome multicurrency report limitations in Zoho CRM with Zoho Analytics for one of our clients.

If you are curious to know detailed information about this project, check'em out here:

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further clarification.

Thanks.

Hi All,

a temporary solution, create a number formate field ,which equal to the price.
then you can use this field to calculate mutiple currency when you export report.

We also really need this feature, e.g. for pulling reports about A/C receivables per currency, as our invoices are issued in HKD, USD, GBP and EUR. It's great to be able to get a total in the home currency, but this doesn't negate the need for being able to get total per currency. Both are useful and necessary functions.

Hello Christof,

Thank you for sharing your interest for this feature here. We will surely keep you posted here on any news.

Request your patience and time in this regard!

Earlier, you had estimated that this would be completed around November or December of this year. (Specifically, 2 months ago you said it's 3 - 4 months out.) Does that timeline still hold? Or can you provide an updated estimate?

I had a conversation today with one of your global subsidiary offices, and they're evaluating dropping Zoho because of this issue. Their management is struggling to find value in the system as they look at charts and graphs and reports in the wrong currency. I know this problem exists for every other one of our subsidiaries as well. So, I am concerned once they drop Zoho, everyone else will follow.

I am working to develop a solution in the Analytics app, but during the development cycle, there have been design decisions that make them very aware we are working on a workaround rather than a complete solution.

I appreciate any insight you can provide on this. For my part, I love administering Zoho CRM instead of Dynamics or Salesforce!

Hello Dustin,

I understand how important this requirement is for you, especially given the challenges with currency in reports. I can imagine how complex it must be to rely on a workaround while waiting for a complete solution, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We’ve been working diligently on this, and I completely understand the urgency. I will check with our Product team on the current progress and provide you with an updated timeline as soon as possible. Rest assured that resolving this remains a top priority for us.

Thank you again for your patience. I’ll be back with an update at the earliest.

Thanks for letting us know that this is in progress.
Is there a road map that can be shareed?

In reports,  we are currently working on providing a separate record currency for all the currency fields. Users can choose to view the currency using the home currency field or record currency field. This will be released in 1-2 months at the maximum. We will also update here once it is released.

Hi Muthu, would that also cover the Kanban view in CRM?

Hi Muthu,

Could you clarify what this would look like, please?

Maybe a few examples would help:
(1) Let's say I have a Home Currency of USD. I want to create a report in GBP, and I have a series of Opportunity records in various currencies (IRP, USD, AUD, JPY, GBP, etc.). Would this feature update allow me to create report sub-totals and totals in GBP?

(2) Will this feature change how charts and dashboards work at all? Using the above example, could I create something like a bar chart that shows bookings by month in GBP?

We deployed Zoho to our smaller global subsidiaries as an easy way to get them onto a CRM. However, they all have their own reporting currency. So, right now, we're in the first steps of planning to move them all to their own CRMs since it seems like Zoho wasn't a good fit for our use case. But we're all a little worried this will get fixed soon after we make a major change.

Thank you,
Dustin

Hello Guillaume,

This will not be covered in the Kanban view. But, have shared this with our product team. We will analyse this and add this to our pipeline. For any future updates will keep you posted here.

Keep the feedback coming. Thanks for understanding!

Hello Dustin,

Give us a while, will check on your requirement and will get back to you on an update at the earliest.

Request your patience and time in this regard!

Hello Mr.Dustin,

We appreciate your feedback and understand the need to support organizations that operate globally with multiple currencies. While our timelines may vary for full implementation, we are actively exploring available options. Below, I’ve addressed your queries in detail:

  1. Our initial approach is to display different currencies as separate columns in reports. For any currency field, we will introduce two additional fields: currency_field_with_baseCurrency and  currency_field_with_recordCurrency
(i.e; Say, IRP, USD, AUD will be displayed as they are stored in each record along with the base currency value.) This enhancement is expected to be available within the next one to two months.
  2. For sub-totals of record currency field, as you have stated, the records can have multiple currencies. Since records can contain multiple currencies, we do not plan to show sub-totals directly, as summing different currencies without conversion would not be meaningful.
  3. To show all the records in GBP, any currency to GBP exchange rate with its historic changes has to be stored in the system. As of now, this is not available. It is a limitation we would like to address. But, due to existing priorities, we expect to begin analysis on this in approximately 2–3 months. Once implemented, this enhancement will be reflected across reports, dashboards, and other relevant features.
  4. A temporary solution could be to store GBP-converted values in a custom field. This would allow GBP-based reporting and sub-totals. We plan to implement this workaround within the next few days and will provide further details on using a custom function to achieve this. Just to keep in mind, this will be a workaround and not a solution.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further clarification.

I'd like to know if this works too. I work with a number of different currencies so would need to know if this would work well for my business interests. Will be lurking and following in the background reading the comments for now

Hello Harrie,

You can refer to the above comment posted to Danny's requirement.

Let us know if you have any further clarification.
