Multi-domain web forms / tagged forms

Hi, I work for a travel agency that has different websites for different products. Since it's the same organization, they want to unify everything through one crm solution. Questions are:

1) is it possible to have web forms for different websites?
2) is it possible to add something specific to each web form to know from where it came? Example: on our website we have several web forms that are titled as: City Tours, Vacation Packages, Flights, etc. When we receive this forms we already know the origin/type of request
