we have a custom module which has a sub-section with a number of fields, one of which is a multi-line field. The issue we have now is that not all text in the field is shown when viewed. There is the "Show More" option and this does increase the view size but still does not show all the text. This is only happening on certain users screens but has only started happening recently. Not only can some users not see all the text in the field they cannot tell whether or not they are seeing the full text. The information in this field is instructions for other staff and therefore all info needs to be visible.

I have looked at various settings and customisations and searched the forums but cannot see any similar issues reported.
