Multi pick list field is not showing pick-list values in ZOHO CRM mobile app
Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well.
We are using the ZOHO crm app to update the system. However, after we have installed the recent update for the ZOHO CRM Mobile app on our handsets, Multi pick list fields are not reflecting the pick list values. This is creating a big issue for us, since we cannot add or update a record in the zoho crm using mobile app.
Could you please let me know, how can we resolve this issue.
